How to Quit Porn

Any discussion on how to quit porn is sure to elicit a variety of reactions from men. Some will reject it as puritanical nonsense. Others will discount the admonishment to give up porn under the false pretense that the digital pleasure they enjoy is nothing more than harmless entertainment.

It’s a shame, because porn use is not only rampant, but it’s destroying the masculine potential of men around the globe.

We live in an age of online information and porn is everywhere. You get on the computer to search for the best place to buy new tires in your local area and within a few clicks you’ve landed on a site designed to prey upon your intense instinctual desire for sexual intimacy.

While the desire to procreate is natural and healthy, attempting to satisfy this desire through porn is not.

It’s worth noting that porn use by men is not evidence of toxic masculinity. In fact, there’s nothing inherently masculine about it at all.

To get off on watching an alpha male have sex with a strange woman is the behavior of a cuck without the requisite qualities to draw out the genuine desire of a woman. Instead of working on improving their shortcomings with women, man men are retreating from the fight altogether, relegating themselves to an emasculated existence in which failure is acceptable.

By the way, I’m not inferring that women ought to be a the sole focus of a man’s life. What I’m railing against is the use of porn as a buffer against the risks of entering the sexual marketplace. Take no risks and you will reap no rewards.

The far-reaching psychological consequences of porn use are only just starting to be understood by the modern medical community. Divorce, depression, erectile dysfunction, social anxiety, loss of ambition, emotional instability and low testosterone are all problems plaguing today’s men that can be attributed to porn use.

Like any other guilty pleasure, quitting porn is something that’s much easier said than done. Fortunately, there are a number of resources dedicated to giving men the tactics, accountability and support to kick their porn habit and reclaim control over their sexual inclinations.

Today’s podcast guest joins me to talk in a very personal way about the impact porn is having in the lives of men today. The discussion doesn’t end there, though.

Perhaps even more importantly, we also cover why all men should make it a point to abstain from pornographic media and how to successfully accomplish this desire.

How to Quit Porn - EzekielEzekiel is a young bachelor who’s come of age as porn has literally been at his finger tips from the time he was a young boy.
